I chanced upon a great site yesterday which features icons, artwork and themes. The site is actually tailored to the GNOME user base, but the icon packs are delivered in a form that we can use in our sites as well. Not to mention there are 20 or 30 packs there!
Click the following link and it will take you to the icon page at art.gnome.org. The picture above is the general style of icons you will find.
