I posted a podcast yesterday over at Entrepreneurial Podcasts about digital rights management and patents.
Some of the points I go over include what digital rights management is, what it is going on, and where I think it is going. An interesting story concerning Disney’s stance in the DRM wars is explained a bit as well.
Also included is a brief overview of the patent process which I intend to go into greater detail in the near future. I am in the process of getting a patent for one of my startups, so that should be interesting to those who would like to read about what is entailed.
As usual, the podcast ends in a overview of last weeks posts. That way, if you missed something you will get a chance to hear me talk about it!
For future reference, I will be hosting the podcasts on my other site, JDsPodcasts.com. Everytime I posted an audio file, it was screwing with my rss feed so I decided to move them.
