Hi Jason,

I've had a few experiences with casual coworking through Jelly! events in the Dallas area. I recommend you check out http://www.workatjelly.com/ to learn more about the movement.

Another great place to visit for inspiration and answers is the Coworking Google Group.

To learn about a dedicated coworking space in Austin (on the other end of the spectrum from casual coworking ala Jelly!) visit http://www.conjunctured.com

If you have any questions or ideas concerning coworking, I'd love to hear them. Shoot a tweet my direction and I'll be more than happy to help. I'm currently planning a casual coworking event in my neck of the woods south of Dallas for all the creatives and geeks around here who are tired of driving into Dallas for work.

Blessings,

 Chris Stewart

Jason, interesting thoughts, we are starting a coworking community in Ames, Iowa next month. I also wrote a bit about it here: http://blog.waytohustle.com. I'd love to hear your thoughts.
