Use Google Voice To Sync All Your Phone Numbers

Oftentimes, when someone starts a business, the biggest challenge is making sure you’re always accessible.  Most likely, you have a cell phone, a home phone, a work phone – maybe even a personal cell…  There are simply too many numbers…

Two years ago, Google bought a nice little startup called GrandCentral.  GrandCentral did precisely what we just talked about – they synchronized all your phone numbers so when someone called one number, all of them would ring.

Well, Google is relaunching their service, Google Voice.

GrandCentral lets you set up a single phone number that you can give out to anyone. When they call that number, it will ring any phone number you’ve linked to the account. So you can print a single number on your business card, and people will be able to reach you on your home, work, and cellphones. The service also lets you record phone calls, screen calls, create rules for calls coming from specific numbers, and receive email notifications of voicemail messages.

Should be something to keep an eye on…
